I am so tired can anyone solved this among you guys For the given set of ordered pairs, determine whether a function could be defined for which the input would be an x-coordinate and the output would be the corresponding y-coordinate. if a function cannot be defined in this manner ,explain why . (1) { (2,-2), (1,-1), (1,1),(2,2) }

As per the definition of function there is only one "y-value" for one "x-value". In your case you have x=2--->y=-2 but also x=2--->y=2 (same x should give same y) Same story for x=1--->y=-1 and x=1--->y=1

In a nutshell, no function at all
