what are the monomers and polymers of vitamins?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

monomers > building blocks polymers = Building made from monomers lipids, vitamins, minerals = polymers lipids are carbon-hydrogen chains and can vary with a single or double bond between carbons (saturated or unsaturated) minerals and vitamins are about the same, can be organic molecules like phosphate, iron, calcium, zinc, potassium many of these molecules can bind to oxygen or other molecules and then broken down with digestive enzymes in your body, or any hydrolysis reactions hope it helps

Yup she's right, although, your question was kind of vague. Which vitamins are you asking about? Its a very general question
