OpenStudy (wolfe8):

Which part of the question do you need help with?

OpenStudy (compassionate):

The O and O, and W and W' part. >Circles >origin All my wut

OpenStudy (wolfe8):

Hmm I think it would help if you sketch the circles. Can you create the circles from the information given?

OpenStudy (compassionate):

I don't know why I would even sketch circles, bro.

OpenStudy (compassionate):

I need to use the distance formula or seomthing?

OpenStudy (wolfe8):

Well you kinda already have the radii there. You don't have to sketch if you can imagine. I think you get a circle inside a circle that do not intersect each other.

OpenStudy (wolfe8):

Ok I'm sorry Idk how to exactly explain this. I'm bad at that. Try tagging some other people on this.

OpenStudy (compassionate):

SO, I would use the distance formula to find the distance of O from the origin and W from teh origin, and then what?

OpenStudy (phi):

that would give you the radius for each of the circles. But the question does not specifically ask you for that (unless you got the same radius... which would mean the two circles are the same circle... but that is not true here) see link for what you have : http://www.mathcaptain.com/geometry/concentric-circles.html
