You can find your slope since you have two coordinate points so first you want to find that by using y2-y1/x2-x1.

I agree with that^^ so I'm not going to rewrite that. But they are right. After you find the slope use y=mx+b. m= slope and b= the y-intercept.

If you're having difficulties use the point - slope form, y-y1 = m(x-x1) this will make it easier for you to solve it in y =mx+b form. Show your work so far and I can walk you through it if needed.
