First thing: Because you're dividing fractions, just flip the second fraction upside down and turn it into a multiplication problem. \[\frac{ 2 }{ 7 }\div \frac{ 6 }{ 8 } = \frac{ 2 }{ 7 }\times \frac{ 8 }{ 6 }\]

Then, cancel out the 2's from the denominator: \[\frac{ 1 }{ 7 }\times \frac{ 8 }{ 3 }\] And do some simple multiplication..
