There are some theorems that can help us with this.
would it be rolle's theorem?
function: The action for which a person or thing is particularly fitted or employed
never mind its a relationship or expression involving one or more variables. "the function (bx + c)"
So we know that Rolles theorem says that is f is continous in the closed interval A,B and it's differentiable and f(a)=f(b) then there must exist a C that belongs in (a,b) / f'(c)=0
