Can someone please guide me to this problem. I know how to determine reference angles of radians but I just get thrown off with negatives. The answer is 7pi/18 as shown.

The total angle measurement of a circle is 360 degrees or 2pi Therefore starting at the +x axis and then drawing the angle to the other arrow you would find 2pi - (25pi/18) = (7pi/18)

@PhysicsGuru I thought when a radian is at the 2nd quadrant you suppose to use: a=pi-0
