OpenStudy (anonymous):

what is the measure of baj

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The total for a circle is 360. So if the given angle is 100, then the rest of it is 360-100

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Reflx angle BOJ = 260 The total for a circle is 360. So if the given angle is 100, then the rest of it is 360-100 As said by @SACAPUNTAS

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Is the radius given?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

just exactly what it says no radius

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think it's just asking for an angle measurement. Or, well, an arc measurement, but that's equal to the angle from the center of the circle.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

length of arc BAJ it is asking but for that we need radius

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@UditKulka It says measure, not length. Like... measure of an angle. 260 degrees, I guess.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

260 degrees is Reflex angle (Obtuse angle) BOJ But it is asking B-A-J

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What are the options @inm17

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think giving the options might work

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it was 360-100 thank you

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ok, good. :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how do i do that?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

First find the measure of GHJ. You know how to do that because it's the same method as above. The two arcs that make up GHJ are congruent. That means each of them is half the measure of GHJ. And finally, the interior angle GOH as the same measure as the arc GH, because.... well, that's just the definition. So that should tell you everything you need to know.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

360-60?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is it 240

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Is what 240?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

No, it is not.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

320

OpenStudy (anonymous):

How are you getting these numbers? What is 360 - 60?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

300

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Right. What's half of that?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

150

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes. So how were you getting those other numbers? :P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol my bad math solving
