$$\huge 3x^2 + 3x + 5 = 0$$

OpenStudy (anonymous):

not really this is pretty old stuff i did it last year and i completely forgot :/

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@skullpatrol

OpenStudy (skullpatrol):

Try factoring $$ 3x^2 + 3x + 5$$

OpenStudy (anonymous):

there is no GCF

OpenStudy (skullpatrol):

Nope, it doesn't factor. So you must use the quadratic formula.

OpenStudy (skullpatrol):

First, make sure you copied the question down correctly...checking all the signs :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay okay i gotta dig up the quadratic formula

OpenStudy (anonymous):

do i use ax^2+bx+c=0 or the other equation

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im pretty sure i use the other one

OpenStudy (skullpatrol):

use $$ax^2+bx+c=0$$ with $$a=3$$ $$b=3$$ $$c=5$$
