The graph shown below expresses a radical function that can be written in the form f(x)=a(x+k)^1/n+c. . What does the attached graph tell you about the domain and the range of this function? A. The domain is [c, ∞) & the range is [-k,∞) B. The domain is [-k,∞) & the range is (-∞,c] C. The domain is (-∞,∞) & the range is (-∞,∞) D. The domain is (-∞,k] & the range is [c,∞)

B! I think T-T

OpenStudy (anonymous):

not 100% sure though

OpenStudy (anonymous):

process of elimination c and d are wrong just look at the domain from - infinity

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and look at A it says the range is + infinity

OpenStudy (anonymous):

which clearly needs to be - infinity

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh okay so therefore only B would be correct?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yep :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Woo!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

YAY! :D thanks guys!!! :)
