Your right, sorry. This site http://neurogenesis.com/neuroscience/dendrites/ explained that dendrites are neurons. I am doing these through a homework site for my Anatomy and Physiology class and if I get the question wrong, it shows me the answer and it said that dendrites are highly branched cellular processes of a neuron that carries signals towards the cell body of a neuron.
