Don't forget to post the figure so we can help.

The figure below shows a triangular garden. A triangle ABC is shown. Length of BC equals 30 feet and length of AB equals 14 feet.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

In your original diagram, is it an equilateral triangle? Meaning, does AC look equal to AB?

plissken aree u gthere

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes. How can I help?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can you or will you help me on this problem >>>>

OpenStudy (anonymous):

pleaseeee?????!!!!!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes, did you see my question to you above? I need more information to be able to help you.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I sent t\a|dw:1383952073642:dw|

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i sent a pic

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes, did you draw that yourself?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah sorry it horrible but that is like the pic

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That's why I asked the question above. With this drawing there's not enough information, but if you can tell me if the two sides on top look equal in your original diagram, then I can help you.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes they s are

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If they look equal, then it should be an equilateral triangle, and therefore side AB will equal side AC, thus side AB equals 14 feet as well.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah that is it i think

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If there are no angles given in your diagram, then it's likely you're supposed to be using the equilateral rule, and 14 feet is the answer.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

are u there

OpenStudy (anonymous):

How can I help?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok thank u that will help a lot

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Most welcome.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry if i wasted ur time
