Okay I don't know where to start on this derivative y=11^(x)^(6)+3

OpenStudy (lukecrayonz):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

now chain rule is important. you know what that is?

OpenStudy (lukecrayonz):

Yes:O

OpenStudy (lukecrayonz):

I know a lot about derivatives just never had to do double exponents, am I going to be basically doing chain and power rule to find the derivative of (x^6+3) then find the derivative of 11(answer of that)?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is the 3 attached to power? cause the brackets suggest not

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i'll solve an example for you |dw:1384032320654:dw| check these out i think u'll understand.
