How can i calculate the dimensions of a box with a volume of 64 fl. oz?

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

well is there a conversion for fl.oz and cubic inches..?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

my teacher just gave me, 1.89 (64 fl. oz)

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

ok... so if you do the conversion, you'll know how many cubic inches... any other information on the box...?

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

If it's a cube, then the volume = (side length)^3

OpenStudy (skullpatrol):

@meowx recall that a "box" is mathematically considered to be a "cube" with all equal sides, right?

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

lol... should get the food producers to read that bit of the textbook...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its for a juice box, heh

OpenStudy (skullpatrol):

@meowx why are you asking again? Didn't you understand @jdoe0001 explanation??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Not really no.

OpenStudy (skullpatrol):

Box means cube, right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

indeed

OpenStudy (skullpatrol):

What is the same about the sides of a cube?

OpenStudy (skullpatrol):

What is the difference between a square and a rectangle @meowx ?
