There is a typo in the question. The "<RQ" should be segment RQ or maybe just RQ = 6. The centroid of a triangle is the single point where all three medians of the triangle intersect.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok

Directrix (directrix):

The centroid divides each median in a ratio of 2:1. In other words, the centroid will always be 2/3 of the way along any given median. http://www.mathwarehouse.com/geometry/triangles/triangle-concurrency-points/centroid-of-triangle.php

Directrix (directrix):

So RQ is to QO as 2 is to 1. RQ/QO = 6/x = 2/1 where x = QO. @DeeBush96 6/x = 2/1 x = ?
