If your circuit is the same as the one i've attached, then, the maximum voltage that can appear at v is a positive V1. the minimum voltage that can appear at v is a negative V2. you'll get the current with the following equation: I=Is(e^(Vd/0.026)-1) where Vd=voltage applied across the diode. Is = saturation current. Example: if you have these values: The resistors both have the resistance R=5.6kΩ. The voltage of the DC sources is V1=3.25V and V2=3.0V. then max v = 3.25 min v = -3.0 I @ D1 = 0.000178 1 @ D2 = 0.000268
