sec^2x-tan^2x=1

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

This is true sec^2 x-1 = tan^2 x so sec^2 x-1 = tan^2 x but what do you have to do, prove it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes! Please prove the identity.

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

So you have to use a triangle to do this, can you draw it for me really quick please?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I dont think a triangle needs to be used because its just verifying the trig identities
