Which of these pairs of variables would you expect to be represented by a scatterplot that shows no correlation? A. The number of people who pay to see a film and the amount of money earned by the film. B. The amount of money spent to make a film and the number of people who pay to see it. C. The number of people who pay to see the 8:00 viewing of a film and the number of empty seats in that theater. D. The length of a film in minutes and the number of times that it can be screened in a particular theater each day.
im getting D @jim_thompson5910
why do you think that
it makes no sense to me.
it seems as if their would be no correlation
so the time length of the film has nothing to do with how many you can fit them in a day?
i would say C but i got that one wrong for some reason.
basically, the shorter the movie, the more you can play it in a single day the longer the movie, the less you can play it in a single day
so that's why D has correlation
so were looking at A as our answer?
if more people pay to see the film, will the film earn more money?
yes
oh wait lol its B, i see now.
guess that's the only thing left
