point slope form is y - y1 = m(x - x1)...so what do you think about question 1 ?
OpenStudy (texaschic101):
standard form is Ax + By = C where there is no fractions or decimals and the x coefficient is not negative. So what do you think about question 2 ?
OpenStudy (texaschic101):
x + y = 2...put the equation in y = mx + b form...y = -x + 2.
In this form, the m is the slope and the b is the y intercept. So slope is -1 and y intercept is 2. To find the x intercept, sub in 0 for y.
x + y = 2
x + 0 = 2
x = 2
x intercept = 2

for 1 would it be A?
2 B? @texaschic101

OpenStudy (ranga):
For 1 answer A is correct.
For 2 it is not answer B. It should be Ax + By on the left and C on the right of the equal sign with A > 0.
OpenStudy (anonymous):
So would it be C? @ranga
OpenStudy (anonymous):
C is point slope form and it doesn't meet the criteria of having Ax+By on one side with A>0.
OpenStudy (anonymous):
A
A

so everything is A??? @TheMathTerminator
