it simply says that what are the reasons or conditions behined the differentation between light particles and material particles such as electron and proton

yes, light particles (photons) have the rest mass equal to zero. but material particles such as constituent particles of a matter don't. Photons and matter particles show both wave and corpuscular like aspects.
