first multiply \(3\times 7=21\) to write it as \[\large\sqrt[5]{x^{21}}\]
then rewrite with a rational exponent, by the rule that \[\large \sqrt[n]{x^m}=x^{\frac{m}{n}}\] to get \[\large \sqrt[5]{x^{21}}=x^{\frac{21}{5}}\]
