do you know what one to one means? Think about this in relation to the range and domain of the function

I think it means it has to pass both the vertical and horizontal line test... Right?

That's why I asked, becasue when I graph it in my calculator, it looks like it has a place it the middle where it flattens out.

but can you draw a horizontal line that NEVER crosses the function
