The function f(x)=^x is an example of exponential form? True false

OpenStudy (anonymous):

not getting ur question

OpenStudy (anonymous):

^x ???

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[F(x)\sqrt{x}\]

OpenStudy (wolf1728):

I'd say no. That expression '^x' doesn't seem to be the form of anything. If you are going to show something being raised to a power, you would say 2^3 but if you just say ^3 what does that equal?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That is the equation

OpenStudy (wolf1728):

Then I'd say it is not exponential form because it doesn't have the form of anything.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thanks

OpenStudy (wolf1728):

u r welcome :-)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

its false
