Sure. So because 10 is recessive, 3 and 4 must have recessive traits in them. So A is out. Also, that means 9 is not necessarily all dominant. So D is out. Because none one 1 and 2s kids are recessive, then that means 2 doesn't have recessive in her. So C is out.

It's B. In order to have one child show the phenotype of a recessive trait, they'd both have to have a recessive allele making them both heterozygous (Rr and Rr) for the trait.
