What is a point of inflection?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I've been dealing with concavity lately and with that comes point of inflections. As far as I can tell you, when dealing with a problem involving a function, after you take it's 2ND derivative and you =0 (that same derivative), what you get is/are the point(s) of inflection.

Ah, that makes sense. Thank you!
