i think it is in a way survival of the fittest. you have to have the most attractive looks and updated things to fit in more often than not. thats why everyone wants to wear and look like celebrities. we buy their hand bags, perfume, etc to try to live up to their "social status". and not always.some people get wealth off of the lottery games. these people dont have to be intelligent to buy a ticket and choose a few numbers. 2. i dont think they have an obligation to. especially if they worked efficiently hard for their wealth. but it would be nice if we didnt live in such a selfish world. some people are poor and not lazy. thats the thing that Americans are failing to realize. the other day on thanksgiving i met a veteran struggling to make ends meet. he served our country (not lazy) but couldnt find a job because of the economy. i dont have much but i offered him money anyway. and in my opinion, goverment should help the poor. they got into that business knowing that they had a whole smack of people relying on them. that shouldnt be taken lightly. but i also believe if private individuals want to help its greatly appreciated. we need to learn to spread more kindness and less judgement.
