Which is the graph of 3y – 5x > –6?
answers are
can anyone help???? |dw:1386771981891:dw|
well first you solve the equation to slope intercept for like so: y > 5/3x - 2
Graph would look like this - http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=3y+%E2%80%93+5x+%3E+%E2%80%936
Ok i have 2 graphs that look like that one @charlotte123
hi @Balala
Thank you! ^_^ @Balala
Which ones Sapphire?
the first and last links
Ah! This has to do with the sign! - Note that when the condition is ≥ or ≤ - There is a line under the inequality. When either of these conditions exists - The boundary line is a SOLID line - Meaning that the equality condition is INCLUDED in the solution set ! When the condition is > or < - There is NO UNDERLINE - it is merely an inequality. The boundary line is a DASHED or DOTTED line - Indicating that the boundary is EXCLUDED from the solution set! So - The right graph would be the SECOND one you just listed!
the one with the dotted line
Yes!
