OpenStudy (mony01):

Find f if f'(x)= 2t-3sin(t) and f(0)= 5.

OpenStudy (primeralph):

Start by integrating f'.

OpenStudy (mony01):

is f(t)=t^2+3cos(t) ?

OpenStudy (primeralph):

And a constant.

OpenStudy (campbell_st):

no its that plus a constant C to evaluate C substitute x = 0 and f(0) = 5

OpenStudy (mony01):

would the answer be f(t)=t^2+3cos(t)+2

OpenStudy (primeralph):

How did you get that?

OpenStudy (mony01):

i plugged 0 for x and ended up with 3 but to get 5, since f(0)=5 I made the C=2, but I dont know if im right

OpenStudy (primeralph):

You're very right.
