I have no idea how to solve this derivative y=ln((2x^2+1)^5 (e^-7x)(3x^2+x+1) / 2x)

OpenStudy (nincompoop):

do you know the rule?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Not for this one.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

use property of the log to "simplify" your expression down to bare bones, then it will be easy

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i take it it is the log of the whole thing right? either than or your math teacher is a sadist (which may be true in any case)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes it's the log of the whole thing. But i have to find the derivative.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

use properties of the log first
