Can someone help me with graphing? My math exams are tomorrow and I am still very stuck on how to graph negative and positive equations. Any help would be appreciative. example; y=-x+2 y=3x-6

just try plugging in numbers for the x variable. plug in two number and u will see the direction of the graph

If you look at a graph from left to right, the one that goes down is negative, the one that goes up is postive. As for the values, lines take the general for of y = m * x + b m = slope (incline) b = the point where the line interesects the Y-Axis
