simplify sin4cos6 + sin6cos4
That looks like the sine of a sum or the cosine of a sum formula. See attachment. Which one do you think it is.
Sin, dog
AAAAAA wait....is it?
Right.
sin( ? + ?) = sin4 cos6 + sin6 cos4 Are 4 and 6 in degree measure or in radian measure?
Im thinking it's in radians..........
What goes here: sin( ? + ?) Look at the formula for the sine of a sum.
Well i don't know. sine of a sum?
I have posted it one in this thread. I'll post it again.
^^ Look for sin (A + B)
so we add 4 + 6?
Yes.
4 + 6= ?
10
what does that mean though? sin of 10?
So the answer to the question is what?
simplify sin4cos6 + sin6cos4 If you put 10 as the simplified answer, then that is wrong.
uhhhh what do we do with cos??
>>cos?? Nothing. That is a companion formula for the cosine of the sum of two angles. You are doing the sine of the sum of two angles.
@josegym And, the answer is ? to this question.
sin10 ?
Correct. I don't know if that is sin(10) radians or sin(10°) or if it matters in the context of the problem.
there is no degree sign so i guess its right! Thanks man or woman or canine! Greatly appreciated!
