b) would be solution i belive. if u put x= 1 , sum is equal to 11.. so thats cuts off yours a) and c ) option. now when u put x = 2 ..always value be greater be greater than 11 so i opted for b)

The graph has a left arrow, starting at one, with a whole circle: \[x ≤ 1\] To get it in the form: \[5x+6 (<,>,≤,≥?) 11\] We just multpily both sides by 5 (to get 5x on the left) Then add 6 (to get a plus 6 on the left) \[x \le 1 \\ 5x \le 5 \\ 5x+6 \le 11\]

@DDCamp --you are right..... i my solution by graph we cant put postive value of x ecept one..no next x value be 0 , -1 ,-2 so on and it will always be less than 11 so d) option is the answer .
