I would think that "b" would be your y intercept; therefore the y intercept is the solution to the equation possibly. This would put you with the graph that you had (which would make your y intercept -4 which is in the list of numbers you presented) so would that make the graph have a slope of one? I can't visualize the numbers well so I am doing the best I can.

An intercept is where the line crosses a said axis (the y axis in this case)
