Tell whether the system has one solution, infinitely many solutions, or no solution. 1. y = 3x − 7 2. y − 3x = − 2 3. y = −3x + 12 y − 2x = − 6 y = 3x + 5 please help cant figure these out!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you have 5 equations and only three of them are numbered. this is confusing, clarify which ones are part of the system of equations

oh my bad hold on

OpenStudy (anonymous):

actually I think I have the answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

in your first one stating that y=3x-7: use 3x-7 in place of y in your other equations and you will quickly see the correct answer.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Their are only three the frist one is 1. y = 3x − 7 y − 2x = − 6
