@SolomonZelman
OpenStudy (solomonzelman):
can you tell me what a regular polygon is?
OpenStudy (anonymous):
nm, I got it, it was the top one right?
OpenStudy (solomonzelman):
Yes, the top one is a regular polygon.

Oh, it is asking for which is not, so the top one is as I said....
OpenStudy (anonymous):
Is it the triangle?
OpenStudy (solomonzelman):
why are you posting this attachment in this reply? yes it's a triangle, it' a 45-45-90 ttriangle with proportions \[a~,~~a~,~~~a~\sqrt{2}\]
OpenStudy (isaiah.feynman):
I think its the square guys.
OpenStudy (solomonzelman):
Yeah for sure, LOL!

Are you serious Solomon?
OpenStudy (solomonzelman):
yeah... no of course not, uk that....
OpenStudy (isaiah.feynman):
OKAY...
OpenStudy (solomonzelman):
I love 3 dots, it's like whatever, you know what I mean and etc

@shamil98 you still remember this?
OpenStudy (shamil98):
yes i do.
OpenStudy (isaiah.feynman):
I forget. Lol
OpenStudy (shamil98):
the sum of interior angles of any polygon is given by
\[(n-2) \times 180\]
where n is the number of sides.
we got 6 sides
4 x 180 = 720
add all the angles together
n + 6 + n + 135 + 62 + 151 + 140 = 720
solve for n
OpenStudy (anonymous):
2n+494=720
n=115?

I have to go, it's late, sorry....
OpenStudy (solomonzelman):
@Isaiah.Feynman, you are a way better mathmatician than me, just like most of the people on OS, tagging me is just ...idk what to say, whatever, have a good night.
OpenStudy (isaiah.feynman):
This junior high stuff...which I haven't touched in years.
OpenStudy (shamil98):
find the number of sides
using the formula i gave you
add up all the anges and set it equal to the sum of the interior angles and solve for the variable..
