yeah you can you just move the decimal down that would make it 5.263

Shelby is correct. Exponents can be negative so long as you understand 10^-3 is actually 1/10^3. Depending on instructor, though, you may not be allowed to *leave* them negative. But in a class like Chemistry, they're actually quite common.

Chemistry is fun and yeah it is very common in Chemistry but also in Algebra you will find the occasional negative exponent
