1. In what way do the membranes of a eukaryotic cell vary? a. Phospholipids are found only in certain membranes. b. Certain proteins are unique to each membrane. c. Only certain membranes of the cell are selectively permeable. d. Only certain membranes are constructed from amphi- pathic molecules. e. Some membranes have hydrophobic surfaces exposed to the cytoplasm, while others have hydrophili

B ?
i am not sure
I think that C is the correct answer. In eukaryotic cells, membranes are important to create gradients in producing energy, allowing only certainly tagged molecules to pass through, to keep in certain types of enzymes, etc. Just look at : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eukaryote#Internal_membrane
but all the membranes are selectively permeable
B is the answer.
