It is a rectangle. What is the equation for volume of a rectangle? Find the equation for that and plug in your numbers and compare it against 231 in^3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry i mean it is a cuboid or rectangular prism

OpenStudy (anonymous):

idk what it is thats all the info. i got for the problem

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well if you look in your book or do an internet search you will see the equation is Volume= lengthxwidthxheight

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Convert all measurements to the same (in or cm) then calculate the volume of the tray. (WxDxL). Compare it to the volume of the gallon.
