John Locke research paper? Any help is appreciated! (No links)

Here are the things that I need help with: a. A picture of the person with a caption and citation I have a picture of him, with a caption (it is a quote from his book, I don't know what they mean by citation could anyone elaborate? b. A bulleted list including the person's name, personal background (education, profession, and experience in government), and actions (Did this, basically it is all listed from Wikipedia, and a few books I picked up at a library.) If anyone has anything "interesting" that he did tell me! This is where I get stumped: c. One paragraph explaining why this person is the most important people involved in the creation of the Constitution. John Locke really, just had the base ideas of the Constitution nothing more :/. Anyone have any really good information on what more he did? If you are going to post links please don't but if you are and it is from a .edu site then I guess it is okay.

a. Okay, so with your picture you put the quote, wherever you get the quote from make sure you cite it. That's what a citation is, you can look up how do to them and the different types of formats here: owl.english.purdue.edu c. Go with what you already have and include that during the Glorious Revolution parliament would function according to John Locke's Enlightenment concept "consent of the governed" (meaning the English and those who inherited their political traditions would guarantee individual rights and would create modern democracy). I got all this information from my Barron's Guide for AP European History, I suggest you buy some at a book store for your other classes and this one (they are so helpful).
