how would i find this?? The slope of a line is -3. Find the slope of a line that is perpendicular to this line. -3 -1/3 1/3

Directrix (directrix):

You need this theorem: If two lines are perpendicular and neither is vertical, then the slopes of the two lines multiply to -1. So, if a line has a slope of 2/3, then the slope of a line perpendicular to it is -3/2. Note: 2/3 * (-3/2) = -1
