Normal air-conditioners don't work that way. That would be a waste of energy because you'll be removing heat from the outside, which is pointless.

gotta add some compression system to your conditioner
otherwise u are defying 2nd law of thermodynamics, which is not a big deal
it's called a heat pump but they're not so efficient if it's really cold outside
