How do you find the radius of circular cylinder with a volume of 452.16

OpenStudy (skullpatrol):

Do you know the height?

OpenStudy (skullpatrol):

@Gabby23 are you still there?

OpenStudy (skullpatrol):

You also need the units of the numeral 452.16 (?)^3

OpenStudy (kainui):

Volume is length*width*height right? But we can use this in the exact same way and say the area is length and width of the bottom part, and call that a circle, which has an area of pi*r^2. Now what about the height? Well that's surely unchanged, so just multiply area times height for volume. Unfortunately though, this isn't enough information to uniquely define a radius. Since you're only giving us the volume of a cylinder, the volume can be many different ways:|dw:1388721730655:dw|
