OpenStudy (sleepyjess):

@agent0smith

OpenStudy (kc_kennylau):

\[3=\log_2x+4\]solve for x

OpenStudy (sleepyjess):

how do you get that? it is the inverse

OpenStudy (kc_kennylau):

exactly

OpenStudy (sleepyjess):

but that isnt how you get to the inverse

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1/log2 (7)

OpenStudy (sleepyjess):

I know that I need to switch the x and y but that is as far as I got.

OpenStudy (kc_kennylau):

just the same, but my method is faster :P

OpenStudy (anonymous):

"Inverse" may mean reciprocal, as so x^-1 = 1/x but it may mean going from ln x to exp(x), for example. Something is wrong, as none of your options correspond to my thought.

OpenStudy (kc_kennylau):

inverse as in inverse function he means
