OpenStudy (lovelyanna):

....

OpenStudy (lovelyanna):

nvm, you don't have to answer

OpenStudy (phi):

the easiest way is to test some points. The easiest point to test is when x is 0 you start with your equation y = 1/5 x -3 to test x=0, replace x with 0 y = 1/5 * 0 - 3 simplify: 1/5 times 0 is 0 y= 0 -3 zero minus 3 is -3 y=-3 so (0,-3) is on the line. Cross off any choice that has (0, *different number from -3)

OpenStudy (phi):

can you try with x=1 ?
