Can someone tell me if this is correct for this problem 12y-15/25y^2-4 (5y-4)(5y+4) Factoring the denominator 5y-4=0 Equal to zero 5y+4=0 Equal to zero 5y=4 5y= -4 Addition and Subtraction to both sides y-4/5 y=-4/5 Divide both sides with 5 So my domain will be the expression of a set of all Real numbers excluding +4/5 and -4/5. this is for Domain of rational expression

yup

I actually did this correct?

OpenStudy (loser66):

yup

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thank you for the encouragement.

OpenStudy (loser66):

I did nothing , just confirm your already correct answer

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Can you tell me if this other one is correct also

OpenStudy (anonymous):

5m^2 + m / 7m Step 1. Set the denominator equal to 0. 7m= 0 Step 2. Solve for m. m= 0 Step 3. m cannot equal that value. m ≠ 0 0 is the excluded value in the domain for this expression.

OpenStudy (loser66):

to me, it's good enough to get A

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You are awesome thank you so much.

OpenStudy (loser66):
