How do I count the number of values that are in intervals? I need steps! Please help! Ex. (83.61, 93.59)
I'm not sure if this applies to decimals, but in computer science, to find the length of a string, we do: (Last number - first number) + 1
I have the answer, which is 11, but the tutorial would not show me how they got the answer. I used what you told me and it did not give me that answer. Thanks though (:
Hmm... What if you round and then add 1? E.g. 83.61 is about 84 and 93.59 is about 94 so 94 - 84 = 10 and then you add 1, which is 11. Just a guess :)
It will throw off my other answers, and its an online statistics class so all the answers have to be perfect. I am currently on Interpreting the Standard Deviation :/
Oh ok, too advanced for me, I've only done Standard Deviation a few times in Algebra.
