I need help classifying if #'s 1 - 20 from this handout front + back if the problem(s) are congruent, supplementary, complementary, etc. Please put the numbers down that correspond to what the problem(s) could be. That would be so nice if you can do that. I don't specifically need help, unless you're willing to work an example problem from the handout then that would be nice! :D

# 1 In any parallelogram, the diagonals bisect each other (ie they cut each other in half). So because all rectangles are parallelograms, we know that BE = (1/2)*BD 5x - 3 = (1/2)*(2x + 26) 2(5x - 3) = 2x + 26 ... Multiply both sides by 2. 10x - 6 = 2x + 26 ... ... ... x = ???

Well for the rectangle, angle 2 = angle 4 by the alternate interior angle theorem (since the opposite sides are parallel)

The same reason applies for the square ABCD and we can say angle 2 = angle 6
