Which of the following is the triangle below Equilateral Isosceles Scalene Acute

@undeadknight26

undeadknight26 (undeadknight26):

Do all the sides look equal to you?

undeadknight26 (undeadknight26):

I believe it is a.

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

^A right triangle can NEVER be equilateral, since it has a right angle. Equilateral means all angles are 60 degrees.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Scalene is when all the sides are NOT equal and all the sides but 1 is equal

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

^so you know it's neither scalene or equilateral. Do you know what isosceles means?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Answer:Isosceles

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yes.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

And it's no where near acute shape and angle wise.

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

acute means all angles are less than 90, and there's one that is 90. Isosceles means two sides are the same length.

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

@NobleWho don't just give out the answer.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I know.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sorry there are so many comments I don't think she will see mine.

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

lol, she or someone gave you a medal. So, someone noticed.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh lol didn't notice (her question should have been easy for her to answer).

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I knew the answer I just need help on making sure i'm right.

OpenStudy (agent0smith):

^if you'd gave your answer, and explanation why you chose it, we could've just confirmed it for you

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hello
