@Potatoes.ramu PLease help me

OpenStudy (potatoes.ramu):

From what i gather, the article is about the role of genes and the environment on human kind. Research has shown that we have very few genes in comparison to very basic life forms, like a worm, for instance.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Thats the first page

OpenStudy (potatoes.ramu):

They're trying to explain how the number of genes doesn't make a difference to the complexity of the organism... And then he gives you different examples about how the environment is a key factor in determining the behaviour of different organisms.

OpenStudy (potatoes.ramu):

They're trying to prove how genes are susceptible/vulnerable to changes in the environment!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So whats the point that the auther is trying to make?

OpenStudy (potatoes.ramu):

the point is that the environment affects human beings more than genes do! Because genes are affected by the environment!

OpenStudy (potatoes.ramu):

^That's the simplest way to explain this!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Does the author give any evidence that shows his point

OpenStudy (potatoes.ramu):

Yup! He gives a whole bunch of examples at the end. About homosexuals! And how they're more likely to have an older brother..
