OpenStudy (mazefordays090):

What is the most important organ in your body

OpenStudy (blues):

It would be hard to quantify importance. If you look at importance as a "Would you die without it?" yes/no question - your brain, your heart, your lungs, your liver, your bladder and your skin (skin counts as an organ - it holds you all in and keeps the outside out, which is a really important but perhaps under appreciated task) all make the list. Medical science has found a way around the importance of some other organs - with dialysis you can live without kidneys, with medical intervention you can live without large portions of your digestive tract. And then you have the residual, small-importance organs like your appendix and tonsils that you can have out and pretty much never miss.

Theres a lot of answer to this but the Heart would be the main most important
